I can't believe how much Ileana has grown in the past 6 months! She's such a sweet girl and we had a lot of fun creating these scenes, thanks mom for the great ideas!

I can't wait to see what she looks like at 12 months! :)

I met these two at a wedding I was shooting last fall, they were a couple of those wedding-party-bus crashers... so naturally we bonded instantly ;) I had so much fun rooting around the orchard with them! Plymouth Orchards by the way, and we did have permission, I don't like to root around on private property hehehhee.. I hope you love this series, I seriously could not stop posting, these are just too. much. fun.

Needless to say, I am very excited about their August wedding!!

I'm so happy to share this wedding! The groom is my third cousin so it was fun seeing some family :) The wedding was gorgeous at the Dearborn Hills Golf Course. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I did taking them!

These mommas were both so excited! :)

Jessica and Matthew were looking for a nature scene for their session because they feel so at home in the great outdoors :) We had so much fun driving around Kensington for possibilities... enjoy!

Well I can't lie, when Kristen and I sat down to discuss the possibility of me shooting her wedding in Vegas, I was a little more than excited! We've known each other for years, but in this business of photography, art and all, it isn't that easy to hire or trust a friend to play such a big part of your wedding day! So I was quite honored and delighted to be asked! I hope you enjoy this peek as much as I enjoyed shooting them! I want to thank my sister Julia for coming along and second shooting and assisting me for the day, what a treat! I never get to work with her but since she lives so close to Vegas it worked out well :)

Thank you Julia for opening that compact and giving me the inspiration for the jewelry shots!

I had a similar view from my room, do I have the best clients or what?? :)

My favorite photo of the girls :) what amazing bridesmaids!! had me laughing all day long ;)

See, in Detroit, they don't let you on the gaming floor for photos.... love me some crazy lights!

I love this photo so much, you see Kristen's dad shaking Jason's hand as he gives her away, but he only has eyes for her... ;)

Gorgeous ceremony, no?

Mmmmmm love this!

I have to thank the employees of the Marc Jacobs store in the Caesar's Palace Forum Shops for letting us use their store front! what a cool experience :) imagine a pink elephant that match the whole wedding....

Kristen and Jason, thank you so much for having me capture your special day! I can't tell you how grateful I am to have been part of it, your generosity and kindness were well appreciated :) I wish you both a lifetime of happiness! you can view the slideshow here.
